Legal Pages

Both stores require a privacy policy URL. Support contact and imprint are also required fields. In this step you decide which URLs to use.

Apple and Google require a publicly accessible privacy URL. You have three options:

Choose this option only if your app processes absolutely no personal data and the stores explicitly classify a privacy URL as not required. In most cases, a privacy URL is mandatory.

“No privacy policy” is a deliberate, valid choice: once saved, the legal-pages step counts as done and the wizard won’t route you back here. The review checklist won’t block the submit either. You do, however, carry the risk of store rejection if a privacy policy is required after all.

StoreProcess
Apple App StoreThe privacy URL is automatically submitted to App Store Connect by BLOCQ
Google PlayThe privacy URL must be entered manually in the app listing in the Play Console

The wizard shows you a note after saving with the Google Play URL that you need to enter manually.

Apple and Google require a way to contact app support.

  1. Enter a support email address (e.g. support@yourdomain.com)
  2. Optional: enter a support URL (e.g. a contact form or FAQ page)
  3. Tap “Save”

For apps with users in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, an imprint is legally required.

  1. Enter the URL of your imprint page, or
  2. Select “Host with BLOCQ” and enter your imprint details directly

After saving all legal page URLs, the wizard moves to ASO Texts.
