Weekly standard order
The always-same base order (e.g. “Monday delivery baker”) as a template - loaded with one tap every week and only adjusted.
Order templates
Order templates are favorites lists: products frequently ordered together with their default quantities, saved per supplier. Instead of searching by hand every time, you load a template into the cart with a single tap.
What for?

Branch-specific templates with their own default quantities - each branch loads its own standard order.
Access
Section titled “Access”- Admin → Content → Procurement
- Tap Manage order templates (
/admin/procurement/templates)
In the frontend you load templates via the Load template button in the cart - provided order templates are active in the Features tab.
Create a template
Section titled “Create a template”- Tap Create order template in the app bar
- Assign a name and select the supplier
- Optionally select a branch (otherwise the template applies across branches)
- Define whether the template is shared or private
- Add lines with default quantities
- Save
Template fields
Section titled “Template fields”| Field | Description |

| Supplier | Supplier whose products the template contains |
| Branch | Optional - binds the template to a branch |
| Shared / Private | Whether the template is visible to all authorized users or only to you |
| Lines | Products with their respective default quantity |
Load a template
Section titled “Load a template”- Open the cart in the frontend
- Tap Load template
- Select a template
- The lines land in the cart with their default quantities - you adjust them as needed and submit
