Manage Prices

The actual prices are managed not in the editor, but in the admin area. Here you’ll learn how to create prices and use all available options.

  1. Go to the Price List Editor
  2. Switch to the Categories tab
  3. Tap Manage Prices
  4. Or navigate directly to /admin/pricing

The admin page shows all your prices in a filterable list.

Elements of the overview:

  • Category Filter: Horizontal chips for filtering by categories
  • Price Cards: Each price as a card with name, category, price, and status
  • Status Badge: Green “Active” or gray “Inactive”
  • Type Icon: Icon depending on price type

  1. Tap the + symbol or Create New Price
  2. Fill in the basic data
  3. Select the price type
  4. Configure type-specific fields
  5. Set options (Popular, Active)
  6. Configure the call-to-action
  7. Save with Save

Each price has these base fields:

The simplest price type for fixed prices.

Example: Haircut 35.00 EUR (previously 45.00 EUR)

For time-based services.

Quantity-based prices with different tiers.

Per tier:

  • Label: e.g., “1-10 users”
  • Price: Price for this tier
  • On Request: Show “On Request” instead of price
  1. Tap Add Tier
  2. Enter label and price
  3. Repeat for additional tiers
  4. Sort by drag & drop

Example:

  • 1-10 users: 9 EUR/month
  • 11-50 users: 7 EUR/month
  • 51+ users: On Request

Bundle of multiple services at a total price.

Recurring payments with month/year option.

Adding features:

  1. Tap Add Feature
  2. Enter feature name (e.g., “10 GB Storage”)
  3. Optional: Enter value (e.g., “10 GB”, “Unlimited”)
  4. Optional: Mark as highlighted

Feature values:

  • Empty = Checkmark (included)
  • Text = Displayed value (e.g., “5 Users”)
  • ”-” = Not included (cross)

For Single Price, Hourly Rate, and Packages, you can create variants.

When to use variants?

  • Size options (Small/Medium/Large)
  • Duration options (30 min/60 min/90 min)
  • Equipment variants (Basic/Premium)

  2. Enter label and price
  3. Mark one variant as default
  4. Repeat for additional variants

Example Massage:

  • 30 minutes: 40 EUR
  • 60 minutes: 70 EUR (Default)
  • 90 minutes: 95 EUR

Each price can have an individual CTA.

Button text: You can set an individual button text for each price that overrides the global default.


  1. Tap on a price in the list
  2. The edit view opens
  3. Change the desired fields
  4. Save with Save

  1. Open the price to be deleted
  2. Tap the Delete icon (trash) in the menu
  3. Confirm in dialog
