Features
In the Features tab you turn the core functions of the Workouts module on or off, define the supported workout types and configure the rest timer.
Overview

Core functions
Section titled “Core functions”Exercise library

When enabled, users see an Exercises area in the Workouts module with all available exercises, filtered by muscle group, equipment and difficulty. Exercises include:
- Name, description and instructions
- Primary and secondary muscles
- Required equipment
- Difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert)
- Optional: tips, video demonstrations and anatomy images
Workout plans
Section titled “Workout plans”| Setting | Description |

When enabled, users can create multi-week workout plans with:
- Plan title, description and duration (weeks)
- Days per week
- Exercises per day with sets and reps
- Optional: make plan public so other users can subscribe
Workout history

When enabled, all completed sessions are stored in the History area. Users see:
- Date and duration
- Completed exercises, sets and reps
- Total volume and burned calories (if enabled)
- Personal records from this session
Workout types
Section titled “Workout types”Define which training types your module supports.
Strength training Always on
Section titled “Strength training ”Strength exercises with weights. This type is always enabled and cannot be disabled.

When enabled, an additional Yoga area appears in the Workouts module with:
- Yoga poses (Standing, Seated, Prone, Supine, Inversion, Twist, Backbend, Forward Fold, Arm Balance)
- Yoga sequences (curated flows)
- Yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Power, Kundalini
- Hold times and breath cycles per pose
Timers

Activates the workout timer functions for structured training (Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP) as well as the rest timer between sets.
Timer settings

When enabled, a rest timer starts automatically after each completed set.
Default rest time
Section titled “Default rest time”If the rest timer is active, you can adjust the default value:

Recommended values:
- 30 - 60 seconds for light sets and cardio
- 60 - 90 seconds for moderate strength exercises
- 120 - 180 seconds for heavy compound exercises (squat, deadlift, bench press)
Vibration
Section titled “Vibration”| Setting | Description |

| Enable vibration | Smartphone vibrates when timer expires |
Useful in the gym, where loud music can drown out the timer sound.
Change settings
Section titled “Change settings”- Open the Workouts Editor
- Switch to the Features tab
- Enable the desired Core functions (Exercises, Plans, History)
- Choose the supported Workout types (Yoga, Timers)
- Configure the Rest timer with default time and vibration
- Tap Save in the top right
