Products
In the product management you maintain your reorderable assortment. Every product has a unique EAN code through which it is scanned at the shelf.
Access
Section titled “Access”You reach the products via the admin dashboard:
- Admin → Content → Shelf Reorder
- Tap Manage products (
/admin/shelf-reorder/products)
Alternatively, create a new product directly via the + Create product button in the dashboard.
Create a product
Section titled “Create a product”- Tap Create product in the app bar
- Fill in the basics (EAN, name)
- Enter price and quantities
- Optionally assign a category and upload an image
- Save via the save button
Product fields
Section titled “Product fields”The product form is divided into three sections:

Whether these rules are enforced is controlled globally in the Features tab (Enforce minimum order quantity / Enforce case pack multiples).
Multilingual name
Section titled “Multilingual name”Name and description are end-user-visible and multilingual. Customers see the text in their app language, with a fallback to the maintained languages.
Product active/inactive
Section titled “Product active/inactive”Active products appear in the frontend and are orderable.
Inactive products disappear from the assortment - existing orders are preserved.
