Shelf Reorder
Shelf Reorder is a B2B module for suppliers and wholesalers: your business customers reorder goods right at the shelf - scan the product, choose the quantity, submit. Every order reaches you by email, and you manage status and assortment in the admin area.
What is this module for?

Only approved business customers see prices and can order. You approve each account individually.
Individual prices
Pricing groups grant discounts - globally on everything or specifically per category and product.
Order by email
Every incoming order lands in your inbox and in the admin dashboard with a trackable status.
How the flow works
Section titled “How the flow works”- You set up your assortment - products with EAN, unit, minimum order quantity and price.
- Customers register as a B2B customer and wait for your approval.
- You approve customers and optionally assign them a pricing group.
- Customers order - by scanner or search, choose quantity, submit.
- You manage the order - confirm, ship, deliver; the customer is notified by push.
Access
Section titled “Access”You reach the configuration in two ways:
Via the App Builder Tools → Modules & Features → Shelf Reorder. Here you configure View, Features, Behavior and Content.
Via Admin → Content → Shelf Reorder (/admin/shelf-reorder). Here you manage orders, products, pricing groups, categories and B2B customers.
The editor
Section titled “The editor”The editor is divided into four tabs:
View Product display as list, grid or compact + scan-first entry
Features Scanner, search, order history, MOQ, case pack, minimum order value and push
Behavior Sorting, pagination, price display and the supplier email
Content Seed sample categories and manage categories
Management (Admin)
Section titled “Management (Admin)” Orders View incoming orders and control their status
Products Set up assortment: EAN, unit, MOQ, case pack, base price
Pricing groups Grant discounts globally or per category/product
B2B customers Approve business customers and assign pricing groups
Who sees what?
Section titled “Who sees what?”Visibility depends on the customer’s approval status:
