Notifications
In the Notifications tab you control which push notifications the Booking module sends. There are three types plus a lead time for reminders.
The three push types

| New request | Eligible approvers | A member submits a booking request for an approval-required resource |
| Approval / rejection | Requester | A request is confirmed or rejected |
| Reminder before start | Booker | Shortly before the booking starts |
New request
Section titled “New request”Goes to everyone who may approve for the resource in question (e.g. “New booking request for Hall 1”). This way the approval team sees new requests immediately without actively checking the inbox.
Approval / rejection
Section titled “Approval / rejection”Informs the requester of the decision. On a rejection, the given reason is included.
Reminder before start
Section titled “Reminder before start”Reminds the booker of their booking in good time.
Reminder lead time
Section titled “Reminder lead time”| Setting | Description | Range |

| Lead time (minutes) | How many minutes before the start the reminder is sent | 5 – 1440 minutes |
Example: at 60 minutes, the booker receives a notice one hour before start. 1440 minutes equals one day.

Section titled “Requirement: Notifications module”The push types only work when the Notifications module is active. This is a soft dependency:
Changing settings
Section titled “Changing settings”- Open the Booking editor
- Switch to the Notifications tab
- Enable the desired push types
- Set the reminder lead time if needed
- Tap Save at the top right
