Behavior

The Behavior tab controls what happens after submitting, how long submissions are kept and which extra features (push, home section) are active.

  • Show “My submissions” - shows an area in the frontend where users find their own submitted forms with status (Pending / Sent / Failed). When off, users only see the available forms.
  • Archive submissions - determines whether the submission, including the filled PDF, is stored. When off, the form is only sent and not stored permanently.
  • List limit - limits how many forms or submissions are loaded at once. Keeps the lists fast and tidy.
  • Retention days - how many days submissions are kept before they count as deletable (default: 365 days). Combined with archiving, this lets you limit storage in a privacy-compliant way.
  • Push on new submission - sends app admins a push notification as soon as a user submits a form. So the office never misses an incoming submission.

You can show an “Available forms” area as a home section on your app’s home screen. This way users come across important forms (e.g. the membership application) right when they open the app, without having to navigate to the form overview first.
