Display
In the Display tab you control how exercises and cards are rendered in the Workouts module — from the layout of the exercise library to additional display options like difficulty levels.
Card display
Section titled “Card display”Show difficulty
Section titled “Show difficulty”| Setting | Description |

| Show difficulty | Shows the difficulty label (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert) on every exercise card |
When enabled, users see a colored label with the difficulty on every exercise card. This helps users quickly find suitable exercises for their level.

| Beginner | Basic exercises without complex technique |
| Intermediate | Exercises with advanced technique or higher strength level |
| Advanced | Complex exercises for experienced athletes |
| Expert | Very demanding exercises with high injury risk if performed incorrectly |
Layout
Section titled “Layout”Choose how the exercise library is displayed. The layout affects the Exercises area in the Workouts module.
List Default

Exercises are displayed vertically as wide cards with image, name, muscle group and difficulty. Suitable for apps with a moderate number of exercises.

Exercises are displayed in a 2-column grid with compact cards. Ideal for extensive exercise libraries.
Compact

| Ideal for experienced users | Less beginner-friendly |
Very space-saving display with minimal cards. Ideal for power users who want to find exercises quickly.
Change settings
Section titled “Change settings”- Open the Workouts Editor
- Switch to the Display tab
- Enable or disable the Show difficulty option
- Choose the desired Layout for the exercise library (List, Grid, Compact)
- Tap Save in the top right
