Notifications

In the “Notifications” tab, you configure when and how employees are informed about changes in shift planning. Automatic notifications save time and ensure that everyone involved is always up to date.

Yes, in their personal settings, employees can deactivate individual notification types. Certain critical notifications (such as shift changes on the same day) cannot be deactivated.

Are notifications sent in multiple languages?

Yes, notifications are sent in the language set by the user.

If a user has not granted push permission, notifications are only displayed in the app. If email is activated, they are additionally sent by mail.

Yes, in the “Texts” tab (if available) you can customize the default texts. Use placeholders like {name}, {shifttype}, {date} for dynamic content.
