Features

The Features tab lets you turn individual Drive features on or off for your users. Each feature is a toggle - when it’s off, the corresponding action disappears entirely from the interface.

Share with users - a file can be shared with specific users (access list).
Share via link - a share link is generated (optionally with an expiry date).

Shared files appear in the recipient’s “Shared with me” area.

Organization

Star / favorites - users mark files with a star and can filter by it.
Tags - files can be labeled with keywords.
Sub-folders - allows creating nested folders. When off, no folder can be created inside another folder (top-level folders remain possible).

Preview

Inline preview - images and PDFs are shown directly in the app instead of download-only.
Full-screen preview - tapping the preview opens images/PDFs in a zoomable full-screen viewer. This option is only available when inline preview is enabled.

File actions

These actions appear in a file’s context menu - but only for the owner or an admin (see note below):

Download - download the file.
Rename - change the file name (and optionally tags).
Move - move the file to a different folder.
Trash / delete - the trash feature controls whether files go to the trash (recoverable) or are deleted permanently right away.

Search

Search - shows a search field in the app bar that lets users filter files and folders by name.
