List
Stacked rows with icon, name and optional details. Compact and great for many files.
View
The View tab determines how files and folders are displayed and which extra information is visible.
Default view
Section titled “Default view”Choose which view the Drive module uses by default:
Grid
Tiles across multiple columns - ideal for images, since thumbnails are shown large.
Table
Column-based overview with name, type and owner - good for structured sets of files.
Grid settings
Section titled “Grid settings”- Columns - number of columns in the grid (2-4).
- Show thumbnails - for images, a preview tile is shown instead of a generic icon.
List settings
Section titled “List settings”In list view you can show additional details per file in the meta row:
- Show size - file size (e.g. “2.4 MB”)
- Show date - creation or modification date
Table settings
Section titled “Table settings”In table view you control the visible columns:
- Show owner - column with the file’s owner
- Show type - column with the file type (folders have no type)
