Pricing groups
With pricing groups you grant individual terms to your business customers. A pricing group defines a percentage discount on the net base price of your products.
Basic principle
Section titled “Basic principle”Access
Section titled “Access”- Admin → Content → Shelf Reorder
- Tap Manage pricing groups (
/admin/shelf-reorder/pricing-groups) - Create a new pricing group via the add button
Discount modes
Section titled “Discount modes”A single percentage on all products.

| Discount in percent | Percentage applied to the net price of all products |
Example: Global discount 10 % → every customer in this group pays 10 % less than the base price on everything.
Percentages per category and/or per product.

Price calculation
Section titled “Price calculation”This is how the price an approved customer sees is formed:

| Specific (category) | Base price − category discount % (if no product discount) |
| No discount defined | Full net base price |

Section titled “Customer assignment”The customer → pricing group assignment does not happen in the pricing group itself, but on the respective B2B customer:
- Open B2B customers
- Select an approved customer
- Assign them a pricing group in the “Approval” area
