Pricing groups

With pricing groups you grant individual terms to your business customers. A pricing group defines a percentage discount on the net base price of your products.

  1. AdminContentShelf Reorder
  2. Tap Manage pricing groups (/admin/shelf-reorder/pricing-groups)
  3. Create a new pricing group via the add button

A single percentage on all products.

Example: Global discount 10 % → every customer in this group pays 10 % less than the base price on everything.


This is how the price an approved customer sees is formed:

The customer → pricing group assignment does not happen in the pricing group itself, but on the respective B2B customer:

  1. Open B2B customers
  2. Select an approved customer
  3. Assign them a pricing group in the “Approval” area
