Features
In the Features tab you switch individual module functions on or off. The defaults fit the classic branch procurement use case.
Ordering comfort

Par level / refill suggestion
Section titled “Par level / refill suggestion”The par level is the target quantity per product (see Products). The refill suggestion calculates:

Example: par 24, stock 10, case 6 → need 14 → rounded up to 18 (3 cases).
Approval workflow

When the approval workflow is active, a submitted order first moves to the status Awaiting approval. Only once a person with the procurement.approve permission approves it is the supplier email sent. More under Orders.
Quantity rules
Section titled “Quantity rules”These switches control which quantity rules are enforced when ordering. The concrete values (MOQ, case pack, maximum quantity) are maintained per product.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set per product in the product form.

Example: case pack 6 → orderable are 6, 12, 18 … but not 7 (1 = no restriction).

Protects against typos and oversized orders. The maximum quantity is set per product.
