Features

In the Features tab you switch individual module functions on or off. The defaults fit the classic branch procurement use case.

The par level is the target quantity per product (see Products). The refill suggestion calculates:

Example: par 24, stock 10, case 6 → need 14 → rounded up to 18 (3 cases).

When the approval workflow is active, a submitted order first moves to the status Awaiting approval. Only once a person with the procurement.approve permission approves it is the supplier email sent. More under Orders.


These switches control which quantity rules are enforced when ordering. The concrete values (MOQ, case pack, maximum quantity) are maintained per product.
