Locations

If your company has multiple workplaces, you can manage them in the “Locations” tab. Each location can have its own shifts and employees.

The location list shows all configured locations with:

  • Name and address
  • Active/Inactive status
  • Number of assigned employees
  1. Tap the “Plus” button
  2. Enter the location name
  3. Optional: Add address and description
  4. Save the location

When multi-location is activated, a location filter appears in the calendar:

  • All locations: Shows shifts of all locations
  • Single location: Shows only shifts of this location

Employees can be assigned to one or more locations:

  1. Open the location for editing
  2. Tap “Manage employees”
  3. Select the employees who work at this location
  4. Save the changes

When creating a shift in the Schedule Editor:

  1. Select the shift type
  2. Select the location from the dropdown
  3. Add employees (only employees of the location are suggested)

  2. Change the desired properties
  3. Tap “Save”

Can an employee work at multiple locations?

Yes, you can assign employees to multiple locations. During shift planning, you’ll see who is available at each location.

What happens to shifts when I deactivate a location?

Existing shifts are retained and continue to be displayed in the calendar. Only new shifts for this location can no longer be created.

Can I add a location to a shift retrospectively?

Yes, you can edit existing shifts and assign or change a location.

How do I filter by location in the calendar?

When multi-location is activated, a dropdown menu for location selection appears above the calendar.
