Set Up Inventory Management

The Inventory Management module (internally warehouse) is a full transactional stock management system: article master data, stock per branch, goods in and out, stocktakes, transfers between branches, optional reports and an optional sync with external inventory systems. It is built for hospitality, shops and clubs that want to not just catalog their goods but track every movement.

Article master data

Fixed core fields plus freely definable custom fields (best-before, batch, allergens).

Stock per branch

Separate stock per location with a branch switcher for admins.

Goods in & out

Book deliveries in, book reductions with a reason — right at the article.

Stocktake

Planned counting sessions, device lock, PDF and CSV export.

Transfer

Move stock between branches — directly or by request.

ERP sync

Optional connection to Xentral or plentyONE.
