Call Widget
The call widget is a home section of the Guard Service module with a main call button (e.g. emergency or control center) and an optional second secondary button. When the user taps a button, the stored number is dialed directly (tel: call).
The call widget belongs solely to the Guard Service module and has no connection to the branches or the Locations module. The numbers are stored directly in the widget.
Configure in the editor
Section titled “Configure in the editor”In its own editor tab Call Widget you configure the widget in three areas:
- Widget title – the heading above the widget
- Main button label and secondary button label
- All texts are multilingual (German + English)
Colors
Section titled “Colors”- Main button and secondary button can be colored separately
- A value of
0or empty means: use the theme’s default color
- A dedicated icon can be chosen per button
- The defaults are phone icons
Numbers & mode
Section titled “Numbers & mode”- A main number and a secondary number are stored in the widget
- The mode controls whether/when the secondary button appears:
- Immediately – both buttons are visible right away
- After delay/tap – the secondary button appears only after a delay or a tap on the main button
- Open the Call Widget tab in the Guard Service editor
- Store the main number and (optionally) the secondary number
- Adjust texts, colors and icons per button
- Choose the mode for the secondary button
- Enable the widget as a home section if desired (see Settings & Home)
