The Sports Editor is the central tool for sports clubs and teams. Here you manage teams, schedules, league standings, and all organizational functions such as RSVPs, carpools, and team cash.

The editor is divided into five sections (tabs):

  1. Open Edit Mode in your app (App Builder Tools)
  2. Go to Modules & Features
  3. Tap on Sports and then on Edit or Sports Editor
  4. The editor opens with all settings

At the top you’ll find five tabs that you can switch between by tapping or swiping:

The Sports module has no separate team-role system. Roles come from two sources:

  • Member role - the global role of a member (managed under Members → Roles) is shown in the team roster, but only when it differs from the default role (“Member”), for example Coach or Board.
  • Captain - a simple flag per player in the roster (no role system). Captains can be selected as push recipients.

Who may manage a team (matches, lineup, trainings, roster) is controlled by the Team Staff system / global permissions - not by a team role. See the Roles page for details.

The Sports module includes an optional time tracking feature so coaches and other authorized people can log worked hours:

  • Editor: the Time Tracking tab enables the feature, sets whether approval and a team assignment are required, and manages multilingual categories (defaults: Training, Match, Meeting, Other).
  • Permission: who may track is controlled via the permission sports.track_time (Members → Roles); admins always have access.
  • Coach frontend (/sports/time-tracking): log entries with date, hours, category, optional note and team; month view with totals; status and rejection handling in approval mode; personal CSV/PDF export.
  • Admin evaluation (/admin/sports/timesheet): approve/reject (individually or all), correct/revoke/delete, evaluation grouped by person with category breakdown, filters, audit trail, and CSV/PDF export.

See the Time Tracking page for the full guide.
