View
In the View tab you decide how your buyers see the assortment and how products are grouped when ordering.
Product view
Section titled “Product view”Choose between three displays. The selection applies to the procurement home page in the frontend.
Vertical list with image, name, unit and quantity stepper. Ideal when product details and par level matter.
Image-heavy grid for fast visual scanning. The number of columns is adjustable (see below).
Dense, single-line list without images - ideal when going through many products quickly at the stockroom and entering quantities.
Grid columns
Section titled “Grid columns”If you selected the grid view, an additional slider for the number of columns appears:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Columns | 2 to 4 |
| Default | 2 |
Grouping
Section titled “Grouping”Because procurement works with multiple suppliers, you can structure the product list:
| Setting | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Group by supplier | Products are summarized under supplier headings | On |
| Group by category | Products are arranged by category | Off |
Accent color & card design
Section titled “Accent color & card design”The basic appearance (accent color, card radius, shadow) follows your app’s central theme system - you maintain it once in the ThemeSuite and it applies everywhere. In the View tab you only control the module-specific display (list/grid/compact + grouping), not the global look.
Effect in the frontend
Section titled “Effect in the frontend”- Buyer opens procurement
- Products appear in the selected display (list/grid/compact)
- With grouping active, they are summarized under supplier or category headings
- For grid, the column count determines how many products sit side by side
