In the Content tab you manage your assortment’s categories and decide whether sample categories are created on first activation.
Default categories
Section titled “Default categories”| Setting | Description | Default |

When this switch is on, the module creates three sample categories on first activation:

Manage categories
Section titled “Manage categories”Via the Manage categories navigation card you reach the category management (/admin/shelf-reorder/categories).
Create a category
Section titled “Create a category”- Open Manage categories
- Tap Create category in the app bar
- Assign a name and optionally a color
- Save
Category fields
Section titled “Category fields”| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Category name (required) |
| Color | Color marking of the category |
| Active | Only active categories are visible in the filter |
| Default category | Pre-selected category for new products |
| Sorting | Order of the category in the filter |
