Branch Data

In the Branch Data tab you define which information blocks appear on the branch pages. These can be texts, images, PDFs or automatically read branch data. In addition, you can store a dedicated logo per branch.

  • Add new blocks (button Add block)
  • Edit or delete blocks
  • Change the order of the blocks
  1. Text block – longer texts (e.g. security guidelines)

    • Enter text in German and English
    • Optionally visible only for a specific branch or globally for all
  2. Image block – upload an image

    • e.g. floor plans, security plans
    • Optionally with a German/English heading
    • Global or per branch
  3. PDF block – upload a PDF document

    • e.g. security manuals, emergency numbers
    • Global or per branch
  4. Branch-data block – automatically read info

    • Phone, email, website, opening hours, address
    • The data source is the Locations module (if available)
    • Only possible per individual branch, not global
  • All branches – the block appears on every branch page
  • Specific branch – the block appears only on this one branch page

In the Branch Data tab you can – after selecting a branch in the dropdown – upload a logo or image for exactly this branch right below it, from the gallery or via the camera. In practice these are usually company logos.

  1. Select the desired branch in the dropdown
  2. Tap the logo upload right below it (gallery or camera)
  3. Upload the logo – it is assigned to the branch

The logo then appears in the branch overview (/guard-service/branches) instead of the default icon. If no logo is stored, the default icon is shown automatically (icon fallback).

The image belongs to the branch and is stored in the Locations module (the data source for branches) – not in a Guard-Service-specific table. If you change the logo, it takes effect everywhere the branch appears.
