Report

The report gives admins an overview of the value and movement of stock. You reach it at /admin/warehouse/report.

Stock value

Metric	Description
Total stock value	Sum of the goods value across all branches
Stock value per branch	Value broken down per branch

The value is based on the price of the articles and the current stock. So you see at a glance how much capital is tied up in goods and how it is distributed across branches.

Movement journal

The journal lists all stock movements chronologically:

Incoming (goods in)
Outgoing (with reason)
Transfers between branches

Each entry shows article, quantity, branch, time and triggering person. This makes every change fully traceable.

Reductions by reason

A breakdown of the reduction reasons shows where the goods go:

Spoilage	Expired/spoiled goods
